The applicant must hold a Second Class or Grade "C" Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years) in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related field from a university accredited by the Higher Education Commission.

Intermediate/Diploma of Associate Engineering, Second Class or Grade "C."
